Eligibility and capacity
Services are directed to adults who can form binding digital contracts in their jurisdiction. If you enable purchases on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms and to pay any invoices generated.
Parents or guardians remain responsible for minors who access household devices; we do not market children's products and may terminate access if misuse is detected.
Limited licence to use the site
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive licence to retrieve and display pages for private, non-commercial study unless a separate product licence expands commercial classroom use. You may temporarily cache assets in RAM or on disk through ordinary browser behaviour, but you may not mirror the entire site, scrape email addresses for unsolicited mail, or frame pages in ways that obscure our branding without prior written approval.
Accounts and credentials
If accounts launch, you are responsible for safeguarding passwords and for all activity under your credentials until you notify us of compromise. We may suspend accounts when abnormal login geography or credential stuffing attempts appear in security telemetry.
Informational publication, not medical advice
Articles, videos, worksheets, and live seminars describe movement education principles. They do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for disease. You acknowledge that individual responses to exercise vary with sleep, stress, prior injury, medications, and supervision quality. Consult licensed professionals for personalised medical guidance.
No sensational claims
We avoid language implying certainty of physiological outcomes. Any case stories remain illustrative and may not represent your situation.
Acceptable use standards
- Do not interfere with authentication flows, inject malware, or attempt privilege escalation.
- Do not harvest contact data from staff directories or forms for unrelated marketing.
- Do not impersonate Organmobility, partners, or public authorities.
- Do not use automated means that degrade performance beyond respectful indexing by search engines.
- Do not harass instructors or support personnel through repeated abusive communications.
Violations may lead to IP blocking, service termination without refund where prohibited conduct voids goodwill, and referral to law enforcement when legally appropriate.
Intellectual property ownership
Unless credited otherwise, textual layouts, diagrams, audio narration, trademarks, and composite design elements belong to the controller or its licensors. Purchase of a digital download grants the licence stipulated at checkout—typically a non-transferable copy for personal learning—not an ownership interest in underlying source files.
Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve materials without royalty unless we sign a separate written agreement saying otherwise.
Third-party services and links
Hyperlinks exit to independent sites. Their terms and privacy practices apply exclusively to them. Embedded payment or video tools process data under their policies; we encourage you to read those notices before interacting.
Prices, taxes, and payment processing
Published prices appear in the currency selected at checkout and may exclude VAT until your billing country is confirmed. Payment processors tokenise card data; we do not store full primary account numbers on studio servers. Failed payments may trigger an automated retry according to processor rules before manual outreach.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except where mandatory law forbids exclusion, services and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular non-clinical purpose, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement to the extent recognisable under Danish law.
Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability for claims arising from these Terms or your use of informational content is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability, except where loss results from intentional misconduct or gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot be limited under consumer regulations.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages such as lost profits, lost goodwill, or business interruption, except where such exclusion is void.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify the controller against third-party claims stemming from your misuse of materials, your violation of acceptable use rules, or content you upload if upload features exist, except to the extent a court finds us solely responsible.
Governing law, venue, and informal resolution
These Terms follow substantive Danish law without regard to conflict rules that would send issues elsewhere. Courts in Denmark have jurisdiction for business disputes. Natural persons domiciled in another EU Member State may benefit from protective jurisdictional rules of that state for consumer claims.
Before filing formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation via email for at least fifteen business days unless urgent injunctive relief is required.
Changes and severability
We may revise Terms when features evolve. Continued use after the posted effective date signals acceptance of non-material changes; material burdens on existing prepaid bundles receive direct notice where feasible. If a court voids one clause, remaining clauses stay enforceable to the maximum extent.
