The Policy governs digital workbooks, streaming or downloadable video modules, spreadsheet templates, email-based curriculum sequences, and prepaid blocks of consulting time devoted to non-medical movement planning. Custom enterprise workshops negotiated under separate statements of work incorporate these rules unless an appendix explicitly supersedes them for that engagement only.
Statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts
Consumers normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons. If you request immediate supply of digital content before that period ends, and you expressly consent to early delivery knowing that withdrawal rights may lapse once performance begins, we document that acknowledgement at checkout. If delivery has not commenced, withdrawal remains free within the statutory window.

Digital asset integrity
If download links fail repeatedly due to a defect on our hosting side, we first attempt reissue within one business day. When reissue is not possible after documented attempts, we refund the affected line item. Corruption discovered weeks later is handled case by case; keep local backups because storage failures on your devices are outside our control.
Consulting packages partly delivered
Multi-call bundles track completed sessions against a written agenda. Cancellation before the first call typically qualifies for a full refund minus any card processing fees we cannot reclaim. After services begin, refunds are calculated by subtracting the proportional value of completed hours at the published hourly rack rate, not the discounted bundle rate, unless mandatory law requires a more favourable consumer formula.
Non-conforming educational description
Listing pages summarise learning goals in good faith. If a delivered module substantially departs from the described learning objective—excluding stylistic edits—you may request either a corrected asset or a refund within thirty days of purchase. Cosmetic differences in typography or minor wording updates do not qualify.
Bundled offers
When several products ship as a bundle at a reduced price, partial refunds may require breaking apart the bundle using standalone list prices to avoid abuse. We explain the arithmetic in the ticket thread so you can verify numbers transparently.
Live sessions and weather or illness
Outdoor meetups in Aalborg may move indoors or reschedule when weather is unsafe. If you cannot attend a replacement slot, we offer credit toward another cohort or, where feasible, a refund on the affected session portion. Generic personal scheduling conflicts are handled according to the cancellation window stated in your confirmation email.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please email us before initiating a card chargeback when possible; many disputes resolve faster through direct refund than through bank investigation timelines. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to account closure to prevent repeated loss of processor reserves.
Refund mechanics
Approved refunds return to the original payment method whenever networks allow. Cross-border transfers can take five to ten banking days. Store credit, if offered and accepted, activates within one business day on the email associated with your account or purchase.

Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable protections under Danish or EU consumer law. If a provision conflicts with mandatory rules, the statutory version prevails for qualifying purchasers.
